Meeting consumer expectations within the complex structures of government

I created a series of solutions to solve a sticky problem in the GovTech space when handling multiple agencies' payments in a single shopping cart. The solution closed breaking gaps in the products and put a significant feather in the caps of our sales force by creating a multiple-shopping cart solution that was low lift and met RFP requirements that our competitors couldn't match.
