Scaling a digital health platform through systems thinking and cross-functional alignment

Leading the transition from solely native apps to the Web, I overhauled our patient registration flow to cater to diverse viewports, guaranteeing an optimal user experience across devices. This initiative included enhancing our Design System to suit the technical demands of multiple platforms and screen sizes. By improving our documentation and annotation standards and engaging the entire product and engineering team early on, I preemptively pinpointed potential issues and opportunities for innovation.
