Productizing and expanding the feature set based on early data and filling research gaps for the next series of clients

In the post-launch phase, I completed a range of initiatives to address gaps in product features and research. By developing a robust Design System and timing patterns, our implementation teams gained the autonomy to onboard new clients seamlessly, all but eliminating the need for constant coordination with the Product/Design/Engineering teams.
